Successively Director of Investments, Sales, Development and Asset Management for Real Estate and Hotels in Europe for nearly 30 years within international institutional real estate groups / listed European French real estate companies (REIIT-SIIC), subsidiaries of foreign shareholders (Nomura, Bankers Trust, GE, Deutsche Bank, Schroders, etc.) or French shareholders (Compagnie de Suez, Indosuez, Foncière des Régions/Covivio, Covivio Hotels, etc.), permanent member of Investment and/or Asset Management Committees.
Member of the Owner/Operator-Hotel Partnership Committees in Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, etc.) and development of Property Management Platforms in Europe (Spain, United Kingdom, Netherlands, etc.). Nearly €2.0 billion of transactions completed over the last 20 years (individual or portfolio transactions, OTC or European tenders).
