Exupere. A Quiet Shift.
I’m thrilled to share that I am opening a new chapter with my own company – an adventure that, in fact, began nearly seven years ago. Like any any entrepreneurial venture, it has had its storms, but also its fair share of waves to ride.
Over the past few decades, including more than 25 years as an investment director for European listed real estate companies (REITs) and nearly seven years leading my own company, Exupere® -with long-term partnerships-, I have worked in the commercial and hotel real estate sector in Europe and beyond the eurozone.
I have advised owners, institutional and private investors, and hotel operators on their structural projects, while continuing to organise long-term, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships.
From September 2025 onwards, I am positioning Exupere in pole position: strengthening long-standing relationships, carefully selecting new high-potential opportunities and providing tailor-made, value-creating solutions, while our long-standing partners remain the pillars of our own brand.
