Let’s talk about your next move

As announced on 25 September, I am quietly reshaping my position in hotel investment — placing my boutique advisory firm, Exupere, at the forefront.

It is no longer a matter of volume, but of vision.

The value of a hotel asset is not only measured by its real estate or its performance — but also by the story it tells, its rarity, and the people it attracts.

I now focus even more on strategic investments and partnerships — as well as on hotel transactions, structuring club deals, hotel capital expenditure, and, selectively, recapitalization opportunities — all within the off-market segment of exceptional, high-end and lifestyle hotels.

Exupere's role is to bridge the gap between vision and execution, acting as a catalyst and facilitator — often as an orchestral conductor — ensuring coordination between all parties, from sourcing to closing.

Always in close alignment with owners, operators, and the right investors who share the conviction that value lies in rarity and shared purpose.

This inflection in Exupere’s positioning is quiet — but decisive.

Let’s talk about your next move.
