Aiming for 100 million tourists in France is not enough if tourists just pass through without spending money. 

What we need to do is move from 6th place in the economic rankings to 1st!  We still have some way to go, even though we have the potential: the seas, surfing, the mountains, skiing, the countryside, gastronomy, the castles, the islands, the cities, the centuries-old villages, the Art, the architecture, the four seasons, and even the people !
